Winlink 1000 noktadan noktaya geniş band veri ve TDM iletişimi sağlayan Carrier Class bir üründür.

Indoor, Outdoor ve anten olmak üzere 3 parçadan oluşur, giriş seviyesi ürünlerde Outdoor üniteyle anten tümleşiktir. Outdoor ünite 48 Mbps e kadar çalışabilmektedir. Indoor ünitenin üzerinde veri iletişimi için bir adet Ethernet portu mevcuttur. Bu port mesafeye bağlı olarak 18 Mb full doublex çalışabilmektedir. Ayrıca ihtiyaca göre 1 ila 4 port arasında E1 portu seçmek mümkündür.

Ürün 5.3 GHz frekansında çalıştığından kampüs içi uygulamalarda lisans ihtiyacı duyulmaz.
